It's long enough to complete one full 90-day plan — the audit, the plan and the changes that make the difference.
How do the sessions work?
You get up to four hours of scheduled time each month, split however suits your business: two working sessions, one half-day or shorter weekly calls. Sessions are held on video.
Will you do the work for me?
PARTNER helps you decide what must change and implement it through your team. Build is for systems or tools you want me to scope and create with you.
