Who we are
This website is run by Tommy Welsh through PartnerHQ Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC888360). PartnerHQ Ltd is the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. If you have any questions about your information, email tommy@tommywelsh.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Free guide (The Messy Middle): your first name and email address, so we can send you the guide and occasional emails from Tommy about running a kitchen and bathroom business. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Applying to work with Tommy: your first name, email, phone number (optional) and business name, so we can reply to your application and talk to you about working together. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include, so we can reply.
- Website use: basic technical information (such as your browser, device and the pages you visit) collected through cookies and server logs, so the site works properly and stays secure.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and our forms, who process data on our behalf: Zoho (forms, email and customer records) and WP Engine (website hosting). Some of these providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent.
How long we keep it
We keep guide sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep enquiries and applications for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires (normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent to emails at any time. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can simply reply and ask. Email tommy@tommywelsh.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and some that help us understand how the site is used. Embedded content (such as our forms) may also set cookies from the provider. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
